This hotel surprised me with its spacious rooms and extra clean environment. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, offering help and even gifts for my child. The location couldn't have been better, right near the Mag Mile with endless dining and activity options. The dining experience was decent with a good breakfast selection. Overall, a convenient and comfortable choice.

The staff's service was mediocre and waiting in line at the check-in desk was not pleasant. I probably won't choose Intercontinental again.
The hotel was spotlessly clean with a super comfy bed, perfect for our needs, and the staff was exceptionally attentive. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Chicago on foot, but dining was a bit overpriced. Overall, a great stay!
